Enquiries and communication

When you contact Sparrow Grid, we use your name, contact details, business information and system description to respond, arrange a conversation and prepare any requested assessment or quotation. Providing optional fields is your choice. Please send enquiries or privacy questions to sparrowgrid@gmail.com.

Please keep the first enquiry simple

Do not submit your database, passwords, personal records or confidential business data through this form. Before reviewing a database, we agree the scope, confidentiality arrangements, access permissions and a suitable secure transfer method with you.

Where the information goes

The website sends your enquiry to Sparrow Grid’s email service. Website hosting, email and other providers involved in delivering the service may process relevant information and technical connection data. Their infrastructure may be located outside South Africa. Any database hosting or processing arrangements for a client project are agreed separately.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry and project correspondence for the purposes of responding, managing the business relationship and meeting applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask to access or correct your information, or request deletion where applicable. Contact us by email; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Spam prevention

The enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Your browser connects to Cloudflare to obtain a security token, which our server verifies before accepting an enquiry. We use short-lived form tokens and keyed hashes of connection and email information for rate limiting. These protection records expire automatically; failed checks do not generate enquiry emails. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its processing.

Website preferences

This website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser. The interactive example uses fictional records and does not request or connect to your Access database. Any access controls provided by the website host are subject to that host’s own privacy information.

Client systems are scoped separately

A conversion project may involve personal or confidential data. The accepted project agreement must define the data involved, authorised access, security responsibilities, backups, retention, hosting and any return or deletion arrangements. The enquiry form does not establish those arrangements.
