The entire Sparrow Grid model is designed to be easy to understand before you pay anything.
The setup includes up to 5 existing pages from the chosen multipage template. New page layouts are not included. You may remove pages or sections.
You receive one initial draft and one consolidated revision round. Your revision must be supplied as one organised list.
Work begins after we approve the chosen template and content pack and receive the R1,500 setup fee.
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your or your business's name. We point it to Sparrow Grid hosting after receiving the necessary access or authorisation.
Yes, for this managed package. SparrowCare depends on our ability to manage the hosting environment, backups, SSL, technical maintenance and support.
We check availability and help register it using your correct registrant details. Domain registration and annual renewal are charged separately.
You do. You must provide final text, logo, images and business details before the build starts.
No. You are responsible for having the right to use all supplied images and content. Sparrow Grid does not perform an independent copyright or licence check.
Managed cPanel hosting, SSL, backups, technical maintenance, monitoring, email support and one minor content update request per month of up to 30 minutes.
The managed hosting service ends after the applicable paid or notice period and the site is taken offline. Your domain remains yours. A transfer or buyout may be quoted separately where practical and permitted.
