SparrowCare is a hosted managed service. If the monthly service is cancelled, the hosting service ends at the end of the applicable paid or notice period and the website will be taken offline. Your domain remains yours and can be pointed or transferred to another provider.
A separately quoted transfer or website buyout may be available where practical and permitted by the third-party template licence. Full commercial terms will be confirmed in the service agreement before payment.
