Sparrow Grid does not offer custom website design. We turn an approved MonsterONE HTML5 template into a polished, managed website using the content you provide.

Important: this is not custom design
You are choosing an existing template structure. We may remove unwanted pages or sections, replace demo content and apply your branding.
We do not create additional page layouts, rebuild the template into a different design, or develop custom systems under this package.

No copywriting, photography, logo creation or image licensing checks unless separately quoted.
Your content responsibilities
You supply the ingredients.
Before work starts, you must provide all final content in an organised format.

- Your logo in a usable digital format
- Final wording for every selected page
- All photographs and graphics you want used
- A clear list of the pages you want kept from the template
- Any legal wording specific to your business
Image and copyright responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that you own, created or have permission to use every image, logo, graphic and written item you provide.
Sparrow Grid does not independently verify image licences and is not responsible for copyright claims arising from client-supplied content.
Managed hosting
Why the website must be hosted with us.
SparrowCare is a managed service, not a once-off file handover. Hosting the site in our cPanel environment lets us perform backups, updates, security checks and support consistently.
If your domain already exists, it can remain registered in your name while its DNS points to Sparrow Grid hosting. We do not need to take ownership of your domain.
Third-party hosting
We do not build this package on hosting controlled by another provider. Without access to and control over the hosting environment, we cannot reliably provide the managed service.
A separately quoted website transfer or buyout may be considered later, subject to licence and account status.
