From template to live website
A controlled process that avoids chaos.
We do not begin with half a logo and three voice notes. Everything needed for the first draft is collected before the build starts.
Select your pages
Choose up to 5 existing pages from the template, or select the sections for a landing page.
Submit all content
Provide final text, contact details, logo, images and the exact page-by-page content.
Pay R1,500
Once the template and content pack are approved, the once-off setup fee is paid and work begins.
Set up hosting
We prepare managed cPanel hosting. An existing domain points to us, or we help register a new domain in your details.
Build the private draft
We download the template for your project and create a private preview without disrupting an existing live website.
One revision round
You review the full draft and send one consolidated list of corrections. Piecemeal requests are not accepted.
Approve and launch
After the agreed corrections, the website launches and the R500 monthly SparrowCare service begins.
Existing domain
You keep your domain.
Your domain can remain with its current registrar and remain registered in your or your company’s name. You give us the access or authorisation required to point it to Sparrow Grid hosting.
New domain
We help you register it.
We check availability, confirm the annual cost, and register the domain using your correct registrant details. Sparrow Grid manages the technical settings while the service is active.
What delays a project?
Missing content, changing the selected template, changing the page list after work has started, sending revision requests one message at a time, or supplying unsuitable images.
The simplest rule is also the best one: decide first, send everything once, then let us build.
